- Adult Learn to Row -
BSRA's Adult Learn to Row program is welcome to adults of all ages and genders. Each Session consists of is 3 practices, 2-hours each practice. The first practice is all on land, first indoors learning the proper rowing stroke on Concept2 Indoor Rowers, followed by a tour of our Boathouse and the equipment. We then practice carrying then rowing shell and getting in and out of it on the dock. The second practice has a quick review of the first day and then we are on the water for the remainder of the practice. The third practice is all on the water. If the weather is not suited to on-the-water rowing, we will cancel and add on a make up day.
