- RowBuffalo Masters -

Ages 21+

Head of the Buffalo Navy Logo_edited.png

RowBuffalo is launching a new Masters rowing program and is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Coach to lead and develop the team from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, training philosophy, and competitive direction of a new adult rowing team. RowBuffalo teams operate out of a state-of-the-art rowing facility along the Buffalo River.

The ideal candidate will preferably have a strong background in coaching masters-level athletes, and must have excellent communication skills, and the vision to build a supportive rowing environment. Whether you're inspiring recreational rowers or preparing competitive crews for regattas, you'll play a key role in fostering both athletic development and team camaraderie.
