We're revamping our program offerings, and are looking to hire a dedicated head coach for the Masters team. In order to do so, we need to know there will be enough athletes to fill a few boats. Any Master rower assisting with the youth LTR, adult LTR, and/or inclusive programs will be compensated at $20 per hour
