Masters

Fall 2026 Adult athletes are invited to return to the water this fall with RowBuffalo’s Masters Team. Whether you’re coming back after a break or continuing your training from summer, our masters program offers structured practices, strong coaching, and a supportive community of experienced rowers.

Practice Schedule:

September 1st - November 1st

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-8pm 

Sundays 8-10am​

Return to Row at RowBuffalo this September. We’re welcoming all athletes returning from Learn‑to‑Row, Recreational Rowing, and Masters programs. Join us on the water and keep your momentum going as we head into the fall.

Sundays on the River

Adult Learn to Row

 Discover rowing this fall with our 4‑week Adult Learn to Row program, designed for adults with no prior experience. Learn proper rowing technique, boat handling, safety, and teamwork through supportive, hands‑on instruction both on land and on the water. Led by experienced coaches, each session builds skills, confidence, and connection. Perfect for anyone seeking a new fitness challenge, a fun social community, or a pathway into Masters rowing. Try something new. Join the crew.

Practice Schedule:

September 1st - 27th

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-8pm 

Sundays 8-10am​

Additional Information

  • Own a boat and want to scull in addition to sweeping? 

  • 25 under 25

  • BSRA Advocate Program

    • Any adult rower assisting with the youth LTR, adult LTR, and/or inclusive programs will be compensated at $20 per hour

  • Apply your health benefits

    • We accept Health Extras by Independent Health - email mairead@rowbuffalo.com to set up payment

      • Submit receipts to Highmark for reimbursement

BSRA is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. We welcome youth and adults of all abilities from all over WNY to row and kayak on the Buffalo River from 405 Ohio Street. BSRA is an umbrella organization to several association organizations including:  Canisius High School, Buffalo Seminary, RowBuffalo, WeCanRow-Buffalo and BSRA Youth.
