Youth Learn to Row
Ages 11-16




Rowing is the ultimate team sport! It teaches you about communication, leadership and character. Rowers will learn about time management and dedication so they can have respect for themselves, teammates, coaches and family. Rowing is a sport that you can do for the rest of your life, it will challenge you physically and mentally. It's an excellent aerobic and anaerobic workout without the risk of many injuries so participants of all ages are welcome! On top of all of this, rowing brings people together for life-long friendships.

Learn to Row 101: For Ages 11-16, for youth who have never rowed before

Learn to Row 102: For ages 12-16, for youth who have completed at least one week of learn to row

Sculling Week: For ages 12-16, for youth who have completed at least one week of learn to row

Rowing Camp: For ages 11-16 for youth in Learn to Row 101 & 102

Learn to Race & Conditioning: For incoming 9th and 10th graders, preferred if youth complete 101 & 102
