Modified Rowing

6th - 8th grade

Non-competitive

General Info:

  • This program is a step beyond the Learn To Row camp. It is recommended a new rower starts with LTR, but is not required to.

  • Athletes will continue to develop their rowing skills, without the pressure of competition.

  • Athletes will learn about the world of rowing

Spring Season Details:

  • April 10- June 5, 2023 (no practice on May 29th)

  • Mondays & Wednesdays 3;45-5pm

  • Cost/Participant: $192

  • Practices will be indoors & on-the-water, please dress appropriately for inside and outdoors.

  • Participants should bring a water bottle

  • Coaches: Hilary Epes-Oballim & Jennifer Cosgrove

BSRA is an umbrella organization to several association organizations including:  Canisius High School, Buffalo Seminary, WeCanRow-Buffalo and BSRA Youth.
